About Zach Brown

I am from Western New York, I live in a suburb of the greater city of Rochester. I got my Bachelors degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Photography from Roberts Wesleyan College in North Chili, New York. I love photography so much, I have since I got my first camera at age 5, but in high school I began to fall in love with portraiture. I am a very avid music listener and collage hobbyist and like to spend my free time by the pool and biking or taking walks and drinking copius ammounts of coffee. I am a gay/queer freelance photographer based in Rochester, New York. My personal work focuses around color theory— sexual and gender identity—as well as various other LGBTQ people and topics. 

My primary styles of work are studio, editorial, fine-art portraits, and landscape photography. However, like my taste in music, my portfolio is eclectic and diverse as I have been involved in a plethora of projects; including event photography, wedding and engagement photos, family-style christmas card photos, headshots, and magazine work.
